Speaking Engagements
We offer one, two and three hour presentations/workshops that present a new and innovative way to approach difficult encounters with patients and family members. Based on the models and principles presented in our book, "Breaking The Cycle: How to Turn Conflict Into Collaboration When You and Your Patients Disagree," this presentation is highly interactive and teaches physicians and nurses how to see, understand, and effectively respond to conflicts with patients.
Previous/Upcoming Presentations
- Pennsylvania Psychological Association Annual Meeting
- Reading Hospital
- Lancaster General Hospital
- New York Medical College
- The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia
- Drexel University College of Medicine
